1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Fable Realms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Alpha Service Status

• The service is provided on an experimental, as-available basis.
• Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed at any time.
• Downtime, bugs, and data resets may occur during Alpha.

3. Account and Security

• You are responsible for account activity under your credentials.
• Provide accurate information and keep login details secure.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attack the service.
• Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not use the platform to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.

5. User Content

You retain rights to content you create. By submitting content, you grant Fable Realms permission to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service.

6. Disclaimers and Limits

• The Alpha service is provided without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Service availability and data persistence are not guaranteed in Alpha.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security concerns, or operational reasons.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
